After going through both mythology, one can notices some similiarities:
1. Ohkuhinushi, the god of agriculture, who went to underground to find his wife then came back to earth to become the lord and he was tried to kill by a boar is similiar to Greek mythology where Adonis lived one third of a year underground and then moved up to the land whenever he liked. He also was a god of agriculture and later a wild boar killed him too.
2. Amateras-Ohmikami, the goddess who shines in heaven, was raped by her brother Susanoh which is similiar to the Greek mythlogy where Poiseidon raped his sister, Demeter.
3. Susanoh's planned to kill the serpent with eight heads who was flood is similiar to the Heracle's great work about killing Hydra who represents stream of water.
4. The god Izanki's trip to the underground to see his dead wife, Izanumi, is similiar to the Orpheus story in Greek Mythology.
Given geographical distance between them at that time, was it possible one's mythology was influenced by other or is it just a coincidence?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
